SCA Compliance Web Application

A consulting firm for SCA government contract compliance runs a very well oiled business, but the process was very manual. They were ready to take their process to the next level in order to streamline it even further and automate it. In addition, the firm wanted to be able to expand their services to many other companies. The firm had already had a product manager lined up, but needed UX/UI to create a pressure tested blueprint that could be handed off to developers.

Applied all above methods using all above tools. I also co-facilitated the design sprint. Additionally, I was Lead UX/UI and DesignOps for this project. I also mentored a junior UX/UI designer.
